520bd Terms & Conditions — Member Rights & Responsibilities

520bd.life ("520bd", "we", "platform") is an online Sports Betting and casino gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 520bd and you.

By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use 520bd.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a version in any other language, the English version shall prevail.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 520bd:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration — providing false details may result in account closure.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any unauthorised access must be reported to 520bd immediately.

KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal request. Required documents include a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a screenshot of the payment account used. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Important account information every member should be aware of:

• Account details can be updated at any time from the "Profile" section. However, changing your mobile number will require assistance from the support team.
• For your security, we recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Members are solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be declared dormant. Contact support to reactivate your account.
• To close your account, please notify the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Withdrawing while an active bonus is in place — before the wagering requirement is met — will result in the bonus being forfeited. However, you may still withdraw your own deposited funds.

• Wagering requirement: total (deposit + bonus) × 10 must be wagered.
• Once wagering is complete, the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

Weekly Cashback

• A fixed-rate cashback on net losses every week.
• Cashback is credited directly to your main balance — no separate wagering requirements apply.

Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or collusion — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

All games on 520bd operate under internationally recognised rules and standards. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — no human intervention is possible.

• RTP (Return to Player) information for all games is publicly available.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, 520bd will handle the situation in accordance with its rules.
• Internationally licensed providers such as Evolution and Ezugi are used for Live Casino games.
• Results in Sports Betting will be determined based on data from official sports authorities.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be refunded.

Betting Limits

520bd sets minimum and maximum betting limits across various games and events. These limits may vary by game or event and are subject to change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources. 520bd complies with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.
• Attempting to influence the gaming system through hacking, software bots, or any automated tools.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or coordination with other members.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any such issue must be reported to 520bd immediately upon discovery.
• Using a third-party credit card or payment account to conduct transactions.
• Creating an account or attempting to claim bonuses using false or misleading information.
• Allowing minors to access the platform or placing bets on their behalf.

520bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• If there is a security risk to your account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, unless fraud has been proven.

520bd is not liable for the following:

• When a gaming session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a server issue.
• If a loss occurs due to an issue with the member's own device.
• If data is lost due to third-party activity — even though 520bd maintains the highest level of security.
• If a member's account details are obtained by a third party due to the member's own negligence.

However, if a technical error results in funds being deducted from a member's account without a game being played, the full amount will be refunded.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you always have the option to close your account.
